Over the years we have established an enviable reputation for dealing with individual country houses, but not all clients wish their property to be offered on the open market and equally, many buyers are prepared to make very quick decisions on properties that are available for a limited time. We have therefore established a discreet service for those wishing to buy or sell country houses throughout Hertfordshire and Essex, where absolute discretion is assured for both buyers and vendors. An appropriate fee structure will be agreed from the outset, in some cases purchasers are happy to pay our fee and in any event substantial marketing costs will be eliminated.
